The Dense Topslip Resorts

The Dense is a nature camp cum farm stay created with FIT's looking for privacy in mind. Pass through the picturesque landscape towards the western ghats while you enjoy the uninterrupted view of nature at its very best . Situated amidst coconut farms and mangroves in this lovely location with a spectacular view of the hills is The Dense.

With just 3 spacious cottages to ensure that our guests enjoy utmost privacy, peace and calm , The Dense is an ideal place for small groups of 12 , families , friends and honeymooners. Every cottage is equipped with a LCD TV with more than 100 channels, A/C, a mini bar and a basic cupboard for additional use. The bathrooms are provided with clean towels and basic amenities like shampoo, tooth paste,soaps and handwash.Hot water is available in both the bathrooms.

Both the cottages have open sit outs which are ideal for yoga, meditation and even indoor games.

Your kids would love the stay as much as you do because we have play equipments which includes a kids basket ball area.

Authentic south indian menu is our speciality. Select menus and snacks from other cuisines are also available. All non alcoholic beverages are available and can be provided on request. Alcoholic beverages can be supplied on advance notice.
Candle light dinners are organised on prior notice.

ROOM RATES :

Rs.2500 net per cottage per night (2 adults and a kid).
Each cottage can also accommodate 3 adults @Rs.1000 per adult.

BANQUET RATES :

Birthday parties can be organised at Rs.299 per person for a maximum of 15 pax.
Candle light dinners are organised at Rs.1000 per couple

In a nutshell , you can either sit back and enjoy the twilight in the open gazing at the sunset, listening to the birds chirping or just warm the nights chill near a bonfire done specially for you.
